Abstract

This study aims to determine what influences the interest of STIT and STEBIS students in the city of Pagar Alam in using mobile banking. It also aims to determine the factors that influence the interest of STIT and STEBIS students in the city of Pagar Alam in using mobile banking. The research methodused in this study is a qualitative research method, the data sources used are primary and secondary data sources, the population in this study is all students of STIT and STEBIS in the 5th semester ofthe city of fence nature in 2021 a total of 56 students. The sampling technique in this study wassimple random sampling, so that the total sample was 29 students. Data collection techniques in thisstudy are observation, interviews, surveys supported by questionnaires, documentation. Data
analysis techniques in this study with data management techniques and data analysis. The results of this study indicate that STIT and STEBIS students' interest in using mobile banking is a factor of desire, need, knowledge, and attention. This is also supported by the results of interviews which explain that usability, convenience and trust also affect the interest of STIT and STEBIS students in Pagar Alam City in using mobile banking.
