The aim of this research is to find out how prospective Hajj pilgrims perceive and are satisfied with the services provided by the Pagar Alam City Ministry of Religion Office. This qualitative research approach collects information through observation, interviews and documentation. Meanwhile, data analysis methods include data reduction, presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that: (1) The Pagar Alam City Ministry of Religion Office has provided congregational services, especially administrative services such as registration of prospective Hajj pilgrims and cancellation of the Hajj, guidance on the Hajj, transportation services, and accommodation services. , food services, and health services. (2) The public is happy with the services provided to prospective Hajj pilgrims who visit the Pagar Alam City Ministry of Religion Office to register for travel. Employees at the Pagar Alam City Ministry of Religion Office who serve the community chat politely and respectfully. The Pagar Alam City Ministry of Religion office has excellent facilities and infrastructure.
