Abstract

This study aims to determine how the mechanism of the practice of buying and selling electronik goods trought the arisan system in perandonan kel. Selibar kec. Pagar alam utara and to find out how the islamic law view pratices buying and selling electronic goods trought the arisan systemin perandonan kel. Selibar kec.  Pagar Alam Utara. This type of research is field research  (field research) and uses a qualitative approach with research procedures that results in describing, describing descriptive data. This research sata collection technique from obsevation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study are: (1) implementation of the practice of buying and selling electronic goods trough the arisan system in Perandonan kel. Selibar kec pagar Alam Utara, the form of arisan, uses a drawing method at the beginning of formation to determine the serial number of the arisan and get the items according to the turn, this happens because of the factors of convenience and need, income and help to help so that the practice of buying and selling electronik goods through the arisan system is mutually beneficial for all members of the arisan, (2) The practice of buying and selling electronic goos through the arisan system in Perandonan kel. Selibar kec. Pagar Alam Utara according to the islamic perspective, is permissible, even recomended because there is element of help, justice and an agreement has been reached by all the arisan participants.
