PRAKTIK PAROAN HASIL PERKEBUNAN KOPI (Coffe Sp) UNTUK MENINGKATKAN EKONOMI MASYARAKAT DI DESA TALANG DARAT KECAMATAN DEMPO UTARA KOTA PAGAR ALAM MENURUT PANDANGAN ISLAM

Abstract

The majority of people in Talang Darat Village, North Dempo Sub-district, are farmers, especially coffee farmers, who in addition to managing their own gardens also work to manage other people's gardens with a profit-sharing system or better known as paroan. This agreement is only based on agreement or trust between the two parties, and only does the contract verbally. In addition, there is no agreement when this agreement ends. From here, the author tries to explore and examine whether the implementation of the paroan carried out by the people of Talang Darat Village is in accordance with Islamic law or not. The type of research used is field research in Talang Darat Village, North Dempo District, Pagar Alam City. To solve the problem at hand, a shar'i approach is used, so that with this approach it is hoped that the author can assess whether the implementation of the paroan practice in Talang Darat Village is in accordance or not according to Islamic law. The techniques used in conducting research are interviews, observation and documentation. The results of the research that has been conducted, the author concludes that the implementation of the paroan practice carried out by the people of Talang Darat Village, North Dempo Subdistrict is included in the musaqah contract and is not contrary to Islamic law. Although there are still some people who commit violations in the practice of paroan.
